“People died & were seriously hurt.“ If this is what WHORYALL is talking about being wrong…it’s not. It’s VERY correct grammar. Heather, I hope your husband is OK, and I agree, they (WSPA) are so worried about reporting the news first, that they don’t do enough fact checking beforehand. Finally, no offense to you Heather, but I seriously doubt that WSPA has millions of viewers - only in their dreams!!!
I wasn’t trying to win a spelling contest in my comment.
My huspand was the driver in the 2002 FORD Excursion & he is NOT DEAD . There was no motorcycle involved either. Both the news & Anderson Independent got the names ALL Wrong
The story was retracted.. That is why I wrote a comment.

I WAS GLAD TO SEE AN UPDATED VERSION OF WSPA’S STORY THIS MORNING.
WHOMEVER REPORTED & posted the information lastight had it all wrong.
It would be nice if the media would actually know “ALL “ the facts & be sure to GET IT RIGHT instead of just tring to GET IT FIRST !!!
People died & were seriously hurt.
Your station had people on live lastnight who were commenting on a story that didn’t even have the facts.
There was NO motorcycle except the one on back of my huspand’s trailor & he 18 wheeler was the least to be blamed.
Please take the time when reportng to MILLIONS of people to “AT LEAST” TRY TO HAVE ALL THE FACTS!! YOUR VIEWERS WATCH BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.
