Pelzer Man Accused in Dozens of Sex Crimes Against Minors

Greenville County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to a complaint of a lewd act on a minor who was under the age of 16 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor case.

Investigators were told by a 13 year old victim that he had been provided with alcohol and then inappropriately touched by the suspect Michael Steven Miller.

Investigators say the identified three additional victims ranging in age from 12 to 14.

Investigators have charged Miller with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and one count of committing a Lewd Act on a Minor.

The Sex Crimes Unit also obtained 30 additional warrants after executing a search warrant of Miller’s home and computer.

they say these charges were based on pornographic images of children which were found on Miller’s computer.

They say none of the victims from the images found on the computer have been identified at this time.

Miller also has a website where he offers his balloon twisting and face painting services for birthday parties, youth groups and events. The website is balloonantics,webs.com.

His website says it is a Christian based company and family oriented company.
