Preliminary Hearing Wavied For Former Middle School Teacher

**Update 9:15 a.m.**
Steven Chad Vickery’s preliminary hearing was waived this morning.  No word on the next time he will be in court.

**Friday morning**
On Friday morning a former middle school teacher is scheduled to face a judge in Anderson County. Williamston Police say 37-year-old Steven Chad Vickery was playing inappropriate games with students.
The State Law Enforcement Division also claimed the former Palmetto Middle School teacher exposed himself to male students during school hours in those games.
Friday’s preliminary hearing will help decide if the case will move forward.
