Report: Clemson University & City Blame Student for Bus Accident

Clemson University and the city both said a student was at fault for an accident involving a CAT bus. Kellie Ann Jureka lost part of her leg when she was struck by the bus in February of 2007. News Channel 7’s coverage partners at the ‘Independent mail’ reported the city of Clemson said Jureka was more than 50 percent the cause of the accident and injuries in response to a lawsuit she has filed.
