Six Men Charged with Cockfighting in Spartanburg County

Spartanburg County Enviromental Enforcement arrest six men on charges of cockfighting.

Friday, a deputy in an unmarked car says he saw the men fighting roosters in a mobile home park.  Investigators seized 23 animals.  They say two of the roosters had razors attached to their bodies.

Those charged are—Jose B. Castrellon, 50; Antonio Garcia, 42; Sigfredo Saucedo, 40; Geraldo Jacinto, 25; Alejandro Gomez, 24; and Santiago Garcia, 33 .

Investigators say the roosters had to be put down.

These guys are sleeze balls.  They ought to be made to fight each other just as they made the chickens fight. Till the death….
