Thank God that they found him and he was not hurt. Rosewood needs to put alarm bracelet on the people that want to wounder off. That will protect the residents.

The man went missing on the 11th and they are just now asking for help to find him. He was in jail from 7/11/09 to 7/15/09. They released him and now they can’t find him and he has memory loss. So how come they did not call Rosewood and let them know that he was being released from jail. So that they could get him. Or if Rosewood was contacted how come they did not go and get him? What is wrong with the system?
