Union Man Wins Lottery

Lewis Smith, Jr. of Union finished scratched his Cash Blowout ticket and realized he had one of two top prize winning tickets worth $250,000. He plans to share the winnings with his family and is thinking about buying a new car.

An Enmark Station in Union sold Smith the winning ticket and will receive a $2,500 selling bonus.

Cash Blowout is a $10 instant ticket with prizes ranging from $10 up to $250,000.  The other ticket holder was Gerald Vance, of Summerville.
