Montana Home Offered in Charity Giveaway

In 2005, Lisa Porta won Alltel’s “TXT To Win” One Million Dollar Home Sweepstakes. She built a home in northwest Montana, and over the past few years, hasn’t had much luck selling the home.

Now, she’s trying to give it away through an essay contest and plans to donate 10 percent of the proceeds, about $75,000, to Operation Hope in Landrum.
