Voice of the Voter: Baldwin Hooks Trout in Runoff

Greer City Councilman Joseph Baldwin has defeated incumbent Tony Trout for the Greenville County Council 18 seat.  Baldwin defeated Trout handily, 1332-487.  Trout is currently under investigation for allegedly accessing information from certain county computers.  Computers were seized by federal agents from Trout’s home on primary night two weeks ago.
