Rally For Health Care Reform Planned Outside SC Senator’s Office

    COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - MoveOn.org is planning to rally at the
office of South Carolina’s senior senator over health care reform.
    MoveOn.org is organizing a gathering Thursday at the office of
Sen. Lindsey Graham. Organizers say they will deliver petitions
from members across the state asking the Republican to support
President Barack Obama’s plans to reform health insurance.
    The petition includes a quote from Obama saying that Americans
should have a public health insurance option.
    The president has said he wants to sign a bill in October that
would reduce medical costs and provide coverage to nearly 50
million uninsured Americans.
