Voter Turnout Light Tuesday

The Spartanburg County election commission reports that turnout has been light.
There are 98 precincts in Spartanburg.
News Channel 7 visited two precincts this morning, and only found 4 people voting.
About 400 poll workers reported for duty this morning.
Here is a look at voter turnout in the counties that have the most races:
GREENVILLE: CITY: light turnout. COUNTY (THESE ARE THE OTHER MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS): Light to moderate. Looking like a normal off year election turnout; some places show 20% turnout, some places single digit.
SPARTANBURG: Very low turnout countywide.
HENDERSON: CITY: slow turnout. FLETCHER: steady turnout all day.
BUNCOMBE: ASHEVILLE CITY: 7065 people have voted as of 2pm. 4pm numbers soon.
