Animal abuse/neglect and children living in deplorable conditions - the disturbing link!
The call came in as animal neglect. That’s when officers saw the children. Tonight 3 of them were removed from a Spartanburg County home. Officials say they were living in deplorable conditions.

8 Year old murdered in Greenville County neighborhood - breaking hearts across the Upstate
She was just 8 years old. Playing in her neighborhood, like so many children do on a summer night.
She was found in an abandoned mobile home. The coroner says she died from asphyxiation. They believe she was sexually assaulted.
