Army investigators are looking for anyone whose car may have been hit by gunfire in Thursday’s attack at Fort Hood.

The Spartanburg County magistrate’s office says Ricky Blackwell’s arraignment originally scheduled for Thursday was postponed because the solicitor’s office wanted to hold it in circuit court.
