Four people were arrested Monday night after a chase that ended after a Spartanburg County Sheriff’s deputy was injured. We’re told the deputy was treated and released for his injuries.

A New York man shown on dashcam video being kicked in the head by a South Carolina state trooper has pleaded guilty but mentally ill to leading authorities on the chase that prompted the traffic stop.

Greenville Police have a suspect in custody who they say grabbed a mentally challenged adult and led them on a brief chase. Four schools were placed on lockdown. We’re told the suspect fired at police, but officers and the special needs resident are safe.

Officers from Anderson Police and the Sheriff’s Office chased a man who they say wrecked to law enforcement cars and injured an officer. The pursuit ended when the deputies say the driver ran into a brick-built sign outside Anderson School District 5 headquarters.
