Two upstate teens are out of jail, accused of using Craigslist to steal stuff all over the area.

South Carolina’s attorney general has asked a federal judge to dismiss a complaint against him by Craigslist. Henry McMaster argues in papers filed Tuesday that the company had not proven that he violated employees’ constitutional rights.

Investigators in North Carolina are still trying to identify an alleged rapist.
