NOAA’s May outlook for the 2009 Atlantic hurricane season is out, and, as usual, be ready for just about anything.

The Atlantic/Gulf hurricane season starts on June 1.  If you believe in “pre-season” forecasts and outlooks, then the current outlooks may not tell us much.
