Morning frost is covering the Carolinas, and some parts of the region are seeing temperatures below the freezing mark.

On the surface, spring or “spring-like” weather would lead you to believe we’ll be warm.  Spring weather is marked by gradually warming days and nights, but most of all, true spring weather means plenty of change.
