Hurricane Evacuations: You Can’t Make Everyone Happy
State and local officials who are in the path of any oncoming tropical system always have a tough call on their hands. Remember that safety concerns come first, and as aggravating and inconveniencing as these measures may be, the alternative could be a lot worse.
