Consumer Affairs says personal information for more than 6,000 consumers in South Carolina may have been breached.

Consumer advocates warn these days you have to do more than keep a close watch on your child.  They say you need to be aware of everything that has their name on it.

Owners at Bronco are trying to figure out how their customers’ credit card information was stolen from their restaurant. Management thinks their credit card system may have been hacked. Spartanburg Public Safety officials said they are confident the restaurant had no hand in the fraud, which resulted in a loss of thousands from Bronco’s customers.

The former aide to U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham is scheduled to be in court Thursday.

The Department of Health and Human Services said Wednesday the computer belonging to the Division of Aging and Adult Services employee was stolen on Oct. 25 in Atlanta.
