North Carolina Senate Candidate Hagan Sues GOP Incumbent Dole
Sen. Elizabeth Dole ran a television ad that questions Kay Hagan’s ties to an atheist political group. Hagan accuses Dole of defamation and libel for running the ad. Hagain, a Presbyterian church elder who teaches Sunday school, responded with an ad Thursday in which she forcefully declares her faith in God.

The “Other Side” Grabs the Headlines in the Race for President

His selection of fellow U.S. Senator Joe Biden as running mate was a mild shocker.
