Requests for student financial aid are up and advisors say parents and students better get creative about paying for it.

A group of real estate agents in Columbia are planning bus tours of foreclosed homes, according to a report in The State newspaper.  Similar bus tours have already taken place in Myrtle Beach and Charleston.
