South Carolina shoppers will get a second chance to buy tax-free guns.

The South Carolina Revenue Department has found several dozen unprocessed tax returns in the desk of an employee who recently left her job.

Developers and contractors with finished
homes in South Carolina that haven’t sold will get a new tax break
starting this fall.

In less than a month, South Carolina will again feature its annual back-to-school “Sales Tax Holiday” on Aug. 1-3.
