The Internal Revenue Service is looking for taxpayers in the Carolinas who are due to receive more than $4.5 million in the form of nearly 4,500 refund checks.

I can’t imagine anything better during these difficult economic times than getting an unexpected check.

Maybe enough to pay bills, splurge a bit, or just put it away for a rainy day.
