We’ve lost our early January rain surplus, and the drought continues.  It will take more than one or two heavy rain events to pull us out.

Lake Hartwell is now well below the level used to impose “extreme drought” restrictions and residents will see some major changes.

SJWD customers will be allowed to water outdoors following a relaxing of restrictions after a Friday morning meeting of commissioners.
