Life On The Twitter Train

First, I would like to apologize for the lack of my blogs. I obviously need to get on the Twitter Train, as I call it, so I can be more proactive in cyberspace. I have been working in the south for more than a year now and have come to enjoy southern hospitality and grits. I thought there would be no way in my life that grits would enter my body, but have really started to get into them. Although, they still have to be somewhat chessy, like me, and should contain some sort of seafood. (Shrimp N Grits at FATZ is all right!!)

But on to more pressing matters. I have joined the Facebook, MySpace, Twitter world and love being able to communicate my inner and outer most thoughts via the web. I find it fascinating that I now have access to what Britney Spears is doing on tour with her kids, even though her manager usually does the posts.

As for my posts, sorry tweets, I usually like to talk about, what else, weather! It amazes me that within a second or two, I can get pertinent weather info to the world of my followers. I also like the fact that I can be more personal with viewers and friends.

Here at WSPA, we have embraced the Twitter world with our own Twitter page for news and weather. I also am available for my own Twitter page, jcooper23.

Since I like to talk, sometimes it’s hard to cram my thoughts into 140 characters, but I will give it my best shot. Maybe with your help, I can beat Ashton Kutcher to two million followers.
