Perfect Attendance:  How Did They Do That?

“Seventy-one South Carolina high school seniors in this year’s graduating class have gone to school through their entire academic careers without missing a single day,“  according to the South Carolina Department of Education.    How did they do that?  I spoke with two of them yesterday who told me their parents encouraged them.  They were clearly encouraged and not forced.  I’m always impressed with parenting styles in which parents; somewhat laid back style produces amazing results.  I would like to hear about how you have “encouraged” your children to do things with successful results.  Congrats to you perfect attendees and you parents!  It’s truly a partnership to be proud of.
