Saggy Pants Search… Is it too much?

The mom of a Greenville County student says her son was “sexually harassed” when a teacher asked her son to lift up his shirt.  The student says the teacher wanted to see if he was wearing saggy pants.  The District says it only asked a student to pull up his or her shirt to fix the sag:  “When male student’s pants are not at the waist, or are “sagging”, they are asked to pull their pants up and then a male administrator takes a cable tie and zip ties their belt loops to help that student be in compliance.  While the administrator is zip tying the student’s pants, the student may be asked to hold his shirt so the administrator can see to zip tie the student’s pants…“
