Madison’s House, A dream to Reality

Madison’s House, located at 100 Oak Ridge St, Sptg. is the dream of Laune Blackburn turning into a reality. Madison’s House is the response to an Educational as well as a community need of the Park Hills Elementary community.  The facility will be, among other things, an after school tutoring facility as well as offering parenting classes and emotional support to the families they touch. Although it is in infant stages, the possibilities are endless.
  As a kick- off fundraiser   2 events will take place next week-end. On Sat, Sept. 12(8:00am-2:00pm) there will be a yard sale on site at 100 Oak Ridge St, Sptg.
  Sun, Sett. 13   Palmetto Designs Salon & Spa (Boiling Springs) and Shear Magic Salon (Cowpens) will be teaming up for a Cut-a-Thon.    All hair-cuts will be a $! 0 donations with ALL proceeds going to Madison’s House. We will   be set up on site from 2:00PM-5:00PM. 
Community support is the key to a successful fundraiser. Madison’s House needs labor as well as materials to succeed. All response will be greatly appreciated.
