South Carolina Lottery and Poker Machine

some years ago the lawmakers decided to protect the citzens of s.c. from themselves..they took away the poker machines and 30 million in revenues from us..to futher help us,they then allowed the s.c. lottery..am i against the lottery?..not at all..i enjoy gambling..
heres the thing..the poker machines we were told were to addictive,,and was ripping us off by not allowing us a fair chance at winning..well thats actually false…
of those that are now playing the scratch offs that are sold by the lottery, how many feel they are getting a fair chance of winning?..sure theres winners..100.00 here 500.00 there and yes a big prize to each ticket somewhere..however the avg. ticket if it is a winner its usualy to break even..lot of times its a loser..i bought 25 one dollar tickets once of the same ticket..all 25 were losers..when the claim is that 1 out of every 5 should be a winner….NOT…
with the poker machines we use to have..you could chose the hands you wanted to play..you could have somewhat control on what you were playing and most importantly..you could win and take your money home..thats not the case with our lottery system…by the way anyone who actualy thinks the numbers are pulled randomly and that the lottery tickets with the big prizes are not none what store has them..are very naive people..
last but least, when poker machines were taken out..it was a winfall for all our local bookies.who collect alot of money tax free..theres one every few blocks in some areas of all our towns..ever see a grocery store or a wholesale produce store where people go in and never come out with grocerys and produce??/look around
thanks for reading>>.dudeisarebel
