Enough of that, please! I really hope that this new banner adware running across the bottom of the screen during programming is only temporary. I understand that it is a contest for a business to win free advertizing. However, with all the existing commercials already on your channel, I would hope that you will reconsider the idea. I DO have the yellow pages!

courthouse delima
Went to the courthouse to pay a $25 seat-belt ticket when i wasn’t allowed to enter the building because my 9mth. old daughter didn’t have on any shoes!

Closed Mis-Captioning
I appreciate efforts to provide closed captioning, but incorrect or missing text is often worse than no captioning at all. The news is the worst example. Why not provide the scripts being used by the newscasters to those providing the closed captioning?

Save the New River
Boone is preparing to tap the nearby New River for its burgeoning water needs, but stewarding the historic river requires a broader perspective.
Boone’s proposed water intake plant on the Watauga/Ashe County line near Todd would divert up to 4 1/2 million gallons of water a day from the New River, replacing it with treated waste water. The environmental, cultural, historic and economic impact on Ashe County and all areas downstream is of serious concern.

Water haeter leak ran my power bill up
I asked for an adjustment . they did not give
adjustment on electricity .
My bill was 60.00 dollars more last month than in the 19 and 20 degrees weather this year.
I had 267.00 dollars bill last month. Tthe highest bill this winter was 215.00
