are you innocent till proven gulity?

men in blue appear on your doorsteps, of cause your not home, but tell your brother that you have a warrant for your arrest. this can happened to your mama. how mad will it make you, it doesnt matter of cause to them a check was written for chinese food, that made the check bounce because the account was closed long ago. now, you make a call they tell you, you have to come down and talk, thinking nothing of it, your still wondering what the hell is going on. you get there, you questioned, strip searched, finger printed, isn’t this how they treat criminals. now you have to go before a judge, still trying to figure out what the heck is going. i spoke to the judge, he was about to give me 30 days for bad checks that i never wrote. as i spoke and ask him about the DL# that was given on the check. and said a name that was on the DL#. He let me go. and told me to pay the checks one was from Bi lo, the other from chinese. and to pay the court fees. To bring the paper back to him so he can dismiss my case. i cant believe how they treat people, what going on with the justice system , what happened to innocent till broven guilty, to add injury to pain my friend call me and said my mug shot was on a spartanburg magaizine,  that why she was never called for the job she applied for.is this justice. what about if it happened to your mama but it was my daughter it happened to. now she has a record. and is put on a shame list of people who are supposelly convicts. and for what!!!!!!!!!!!!!
