Clemson's Rivers Is ACC Player Of The Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) - The Atlantic Coast Conference has named
Clemson's K.C. Rivers and Virginia's Sylven Landesberg as its
players of the week.
The ACC on Monday awarded top overall honors to Rivers and the
weekly rookie honor to Landesberg.
Rivers averaged 17 points and six rebounds in two victories,
scoring 28 points in the Tigers' 91-72 win at Miami. He was
10-of-15 shooting and made four 3-pointers.
Landesberg claimed the rookie award for the third time after
averaging 21 points and 7.5 rebounds against Longwood and Auburn.
He was the Cavaliers' leading scorer in both games.
