SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - Junior Salters scored a career-high 26
points to lead Wofford past Western Carolina 83-73 on Saturday night.
Tim Johnson had 17 points, Drew Gibson added 14 points and Matt
Estep finished with 13 for the Terriers, who shot 71 percent in the
second half and 60 percent overall.
Salters surpassed his previous high of 20 set last season at
Clemson.
Brandon Giles scored 24 points for Western Carolina. Negus
McKenna added 19 points and Arnold Gore finished with 10 for the
Catamounts.
