Former Clemson assistant basketball coach and current Baylor assistant Matt Driscoll has been hired as the new head coach at North Florida, replacing Matt Kilcullen.
It's the first head coaching job for Driscoll, who served under Larry Shyatt with the Tigers earlier this decade.
Driscoll will be introduced to members of the media and UNF Athletics family on Tuesday at a 12:30 p.m. press conference.
A former Pittsburgh, Penn., native, Driscoll has been at Baylor the last six years, serving as coach Scott Drew's top assistant.
North Florida is a relative newcomer to Division one and plays in the Atlantic Sun Conference.
