Five bowl teams from 2008 are on Clemson's football road schedule for the fall that was announced Thursday by the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The Tigers will face a total of nine teams that played in postseason bowl games when they open the season in September.
"This will be a challenging schedule," said Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney in a written release. "The ACC was the most balanced and competitive league in the country last year top to bottom with 10 of the 12 teams going to bowl games."
