Dorman withstood a furious Greenwood rally from 17 points down before holding off the Lady Eagles, 64-60, Monday night in the AAAA Girls Upper State semi-finals.
The Lady Cavs face the winner of Tuesday night's Dutch Fork at Clover game. That upper state finals contest takes place Friday night in the BI-LO Center.
In AAA, Wade Hampton's roll continues as the Lady Generals won their 25th game of the year with a 64-53 victory over visiting Blue Ridge. The Lady Generals take on Clinton Saturday evening in the BI-LO Center. Clinton downed visiting Seneca, 53-48, Monday night.
In Class A upper state semi-final play, Abbeville won at Calhoun Co. 48-38 and now faces Denmark-Olar Saturday at 11am at the Greenville arena. D-O downed Landrum on the road, 64-49.
