Dr. Don Campbell leads a group of high school students in a rehearsal during a choral clinic for the South Carolina Upper Region Honor Choir, held Jan. 20 at Southern Wesleyan University’s campus in Central. The choir was composed of approximately 170 Upstate high school students, participating in the clinic that concluded with an evening program in the Newton Hobson Chapel and Fine Arts Center. Campbell is Southern Wesleyan’s professor of music and director of choral activities. Jane Dill, chair of Southern Wesleyan’s Fine Arts Division and professor of music, was the accompanist for the choir.
