A mostly cloudy afternoon is on tap, with cool temperatures in place. An isolated sprinkle can not be completely ruled out, but most areas will stay dry. A few breaks in the clouds may be seen by some this afternoon, but a better chance for some clearing will take place overnight. This sets us up with sunshine and milder temperatures for Tuesday.
A couple of quick-moving storm systems will brush the area over the next seven days. They won't have much moisture with them, so only slight chances of any precipitation...mainly in the mountains...are currently expected. As of now, the timing of these systems would bring those chances in on Wednesday evening, then again late Friday and into Saturday. The rest of us will likely just see some clouds with these systems.
However, both storm systems will have some cooler air with them. As a result, temperatures by the weekend should be a good ten degrees or so cooler than what we'll see on Tuesday and Wednesday.
